The first session is 90 minutes. We discuss what you're experiencing, what you want to change, and start working with it straight away. You leave with a clear plan and practical techniques you can use immediately.

How Booking Works

Select a time in the online calendar. Sessions are booked in the CET timezone. Complete a short, secure form. You'll receive a confirmation email with all session details.

Your privacy is non-negotiable. I follow strict ethical standards and use a secure, GDPR-compliant platform. Sessions are private, one-to-one, and nothing is ever recorded or shared.
