Hypnotherapy

Your mind is powerful, and when you learn to work with it instead of against it, everything changes.

𓁿

a doorway into the deepest part of your mind  𓈓

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused awareness, one you've already experienced many times, whether you've noticed it or not: the quiet absorption of a film, the drift right before sleep. Hypnotherapy uses that same state deliberately, as a doorway into the deepest part of your mind, the subconscious, where real, lasting change happens.

𓆇

Our subconscious

holds everything we've lived: unresolved emotions, beliefs about who we are and what we deserve, habits and reactions that repeat without us even realizing it.

Hypnosis

has been practiced for over thousands of years, rooted in spiritual and healing rituals across ancient cultures. Today, clinical hypnotherapy is an evidence-based, recognized therapeutic technique, used by psychologists and healthcare professionals worldwide.

What Happens During a Session

Each session is tailored to what's going on for you right now. We start with a chat, a space where you can openly share your concerns, challenges, or anything in your life that feels like it needs attention. From there, we move into hypnosis, and within that, I draw on the technique that fits best, whether that's inner child work or something else, depending on what will actually help.

After each session, I'll give you a reflection, a practical tool, or a self-hypnosis recording to use during the week. The purpose is to reinforce your progress, consolidate new beliefs and behaviors, and help build new neural pathways.

𓇬 Do I lose control during hypnosis?

No. You remain aware, able to respond, and fully in charge of what happens. It's a collaborative process that helps you focus more easily, not something done to you.

𓇬 Can everyone be hypnotized?

Yes, as long as you're willing and able to follow along. Hypnosis is a completely natural state, you've already experienced it many times, in daydreams, on long drives, right before sleep. There are different levels of depth you can experience.

𓇬 How long does a session last?

A full session runs around 60 minutes

𓇬 Will I remember the session afterward?

Most people do. Some naturally go deeper and remember fewer details, and that's completely fine too. It doesn't affect the effectiveness of the session.

𓇬 How many sessions will I need?

It varies from person to person, depending on what we're working through. Many see meaningful progress across 4 to 8 sessions, though some things shift sooner, and others take a little longer.

𓇬 Is hypnosis safe?

Yes. Hypnosis is a natural, well-researched state of relaxed, focused awareness, and research supports its effectiveness for anxiety, pain, and IBS, among other conditions. It's a safe state of mind.

𓇬 Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. What you share in a session stays private, in line with the ethical and data protection standards required by the professional body I'm registered with.
